Antipasti-variation with cheese

Ingredients (four servings)

For the Antipasti:

  • 6,34 oz (180g) Bergland Bavarian Swiss Original Mild
  • 4 courgette
  • 4 little red onions
  • 4 little white onions
  • (2 EL) oil
  • 1 tbsp. (1 EL) apple juice

For the dressing:

  • 6 tbsp. (6 EL) oil
  • 2 tbsp. (2 EL) apple juice
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/8 oz (1 TL) honey
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation:

  • Wash courgettesĀ and cut them lengthwise in slices.
  • Heat the zucchini slices and brown them in oil in a non-stick pan.
  • After that season it with salt and pepper and keep it warm.
  • Skin red and white onions, wash them and then cut spikes.
  • Now simmer it in a hot pan with oil and apples juice.
  • Cut each cheese slice in 3 pieces and put it in layers in a flat bowl together with the zucchini slices and the onions.
  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing and marinate the layered antipasti-variation with it.

Tip:

As a special feature, caramelize 4 stems rosemary with 1 teaspoon sugar (1 TL) in a pan for approximately 3 minutes. Then spread it over the antipasti-variation.
