Club sandwich with cheese, rocket and radishes

Ingredients (four servings):

For the sandwiches:

• 5,29 oz (150g) Bergland Bavarian Reducet Fat
• 12 slices wholegrain-toast
• 1 bunch rocket
• 1 bunch radishes
• 1 cucumber
• Salt, pepper
For the dip:
• 1,76 oz (50g) mayonnaise
• 1,76 oz (50g) yoghurt
• 1 lemon
• Salt, cayenne pepper


• Wash the rocket and radishes and cut the radishes in fine slices.
• Wash the cucumber, skin it and also cut in fine slices.
• Toast the wholegrain-toast and spread it with rocket, radishes, cucumber and a slice of cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
