Crispy fried Bergland Grilling Cheese with herb coating

Ingredients (four servings):

  • 2 packages (8 cheese patties = 19.76 oz / 560g) Bergland Grilling Cheese of your choice
  • 5 tbs. finely chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 06 oz (30g) flour
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 71 oz (20g) butter
  • 82 oz (250g) lettuce
  • salad dressing
  • Optionally Raspberries and 2 tbs. Pepper-Jelly

Preparation:

  • Put the finely chopped herbs on a plate and peel the garlic, dice it finely and mix it with the herbs.
  • Whisk the eggs in a deep plate and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Then put the flour on another plate.
  • Clean, wash and drain the salad.Take the Bergland Grilling Cheese out of the packaging and dredge both sides in the herbs and in the flour.
  • Then pull it through the whisked egg.
  • Warm oil and butter in a non-stick pan and fry the grilling cheese for about 5 minutes.
  • Put the salad in a bowl and sprinkle it with the salad dressing.
  • Serve the grilling cheese on a plate and optionally refine it with Pepper-Jelly and add raspberries.
