Greek Salad “Athens”

Ingredients (four to six servings):

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes (approx. 14.11 oz/ 400g)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 red onions
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbs. black olives (without kernel)
  • 10.58 oz (300g) Bergland Feta Cubes in oil, or Feta Chunk Original/Reduced Fat

Preparation:

  • Start with washing the iceberg lettuce, then drain and pluck in pieces.
  • Then wash the tomatoes, remove the stem base and quarter them.
  • The cucumber also has to be washed and cut into pieces.
  • Now peel the onions and cut them into rings.
  • Prepare the dressing with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing and mix well together.
  • Finally add the Feta cheese cubes together with the olives to the salad.
  • Extra tipp: you can also add a can of tuna for a special taste.
