Greek Salad “Athens”
Ingredients (four to six servings):
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 4 tomatoes (approx. 14.11 oz/ 400g)
- 1 cucumber
- 2 red onions
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbs. black olives (without kernel)
- 10.58 oz (300g) Bergland Feta Cubes in oil, or Feta Chunk Original/Reduced Fat
Preparation:
- Start with washing the iceberg lettuce, then drain and pluck in pieces.
- Then wash the tomatoes, remove the stem base and quarter them.
- The cucumber also has to be washed and cut into pieces.
- Now peel the onions and cut them into rings.
- Prepare the dressing with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing and mix well together.
- Finally add the Feta cheese cubes together with the olives to the salad.
- Extra tipp: you can also add a can of tuna for a special taste.
