Stuffed bell peppers

Ingredients (four servings):

  • 4 red, Greek bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 3 packages / 14.286 oz (405g) Bergland Feta Mini Cubes Original or Mediterranean Herbs
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano


  • Wash the red bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut in half lengthways.
  • For the stuffing, take the green bell peppers and cut into 1cm long cubes, add the Feta Mini Cubes and mix together with olive oil, pepper and oregano.
  • Now lay only the red bell pepper halves on the barbecue with the cut-side down and grill for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the bell peppers from the grill, fill with the prepared stuffing and grill for another 5 minutes.
